Back To The Garden

After traveling through San Francisco, San Luis Obispo, Santa Barbara, Los Angeles, Eden Hot Springs, and Patagonia, I have come to the conclusion that good produce is possible!  It might be a little trickier on the East Coast or in cooler climates, but it is possible.... and more importantly, it's worth it!

After eating such wonderful fresh organic produce this past month I am determined to stay 100% organic as much as possible as I continue my travels.  It can be a little tricky at times to find organic produce, and I surely don't get bent out of shape when I can't find it, but do enjoy setting the intention of finding organic produce wherever I go.

So... those thoughts inspired my latest video on getting back to the garden.  I hope you enjoy!

Check out my latest YouTube Video on "Back to the Garden"

Latest Press:

  • Read the transcript from my latest interview with Kevin Gianni on Natural News, where I talk about transitioning to raw foods.
  • Listen to my audio interview with Revvell from Rawkin Radio.  I talk about money, fears, and relationships!
  • Check out The Skinny on Raw Food with great pictures and a raw category breakdown.
  • And don't forget this wonderful review by Stephen Hopson, founder of Adversity University.

Good luck staying organic. I try as much as possible, but it is more difficult this time of year. I miss my local farmers market.

Happy belated b-day, by the way. I typed out the song for you on WLIR.
