I am so grateful and thankful for all your love and support throughout this journey that I have embarked on... called "Life." Sometimes it seems so long ago that I weighed 400 lbs and had nothing to live for, and other times I remember it as clear as yesterday.
I have learned so many valuable truths along the way, about the world around me, but more importantly about myself. Between releasing weight, emotions, and fears, and also discovering my authentic self, I have for the first time in my life finally found my passion and my purpose... to serve others, to serve you!
Was it worth it?
I was recently asked a question, "was it worth it to go through what you went through." I didn't quite know how to respond because sometimes it seems like life before raw was mostly pain. As I really began to contemplate the question, and understand how I am starting to see everything in the world as already perfected, I have come to realize that my experience was a blessing in disguise.
Who can better inspire hope in others than someone that has gone through it... right?
So today I see this anniversary as an opportunity to wash my hands of the past and be baptised right into the present moment, and all that "now" has to offer me... which is everything!
New Clothes
To honor this anniversary I have decided to spruce up the website a bit, as it really needed a change of clothes. I started with the banner and added some new colors, but will be tweaking and changing things little by little. What do you think of the new logo, compliments of Nicole?

The latest fun addition to the website is Lovingraw branded clothing and accessories. With almost 50 different items to choose from: t-shirts, sweatshirts, long sleeve shirts, organic shirts, tank tops, hoodies, plus sizes, men's, woman's, baby clothes, aprons, bags, hats, calendars, and even pet gear!
