I Am Grateful to have such amazing friends and beautiful people in my life.  It sometimes feels like I live a fairy tale life as I get to enjoy everyone’s presence and energy, and know that every thing is just perfect…

I wanted to show my appreciation for everyone who took part in celebrating the conclusion of my 100-day juice fast with me this past weekend.  I honor and appreciate everyone.  This raw community has transformed into such an amazing family; we are blessed.

I Am Grateful for... Team Elixir Craft. Your team work, communication, professionalism, presence, and the fact that your all bad asses, well, is rarely found anymore.   I thank you.

I Am Grateful for... Team Gnosis.  Tatyana, head Oompaloompa, is one of the most positive, happy, loving, team leaders I have met in a long time.  She is a shining star in her own right, and also puts a smiles on everyones face.  The team would be incomplete without side kicks Maria, Michelle, and Kimi as well. I Am Grateful for Kris Carr and Brian Fassett.  You both are such an amazing inspiration, and are truly being the change you would like to see in this world.  Kris your story, book, DVD, lecturing, work within the medical community, and online possee is truly revolutionizing the way this world views and deals with cancer.  You are sorely needed and appreciated.  I honor you both in all you do.  I thank you.

I Am Grateful for Dhrumil Purohit.  My business partner, brother, friend.  Your presence alone changes the environment you are in.  I have never met someone so motivated for creating community as you are.  The way you connect people together is awe inspiring to say the least.  Thank you for your friendship, your passion, and your stillness.  If there was a definition in the dictionary for spiritual player, you would truly be it.  I thank you.

I Am Grateful for Gala Darling and Simon Dawson.  Gala, former Cosmo fashion columnist, now chief rocker of iCiNG, a popular online site dedicated to fashion, loving life, loving yourself, and big pink hearts.  Simon, computer guru and EFT master, we could have talked for days I am sure.  What an amazing team.  I thank you.

I Am Grateful for Tim VanOrden and his raw running experiment.  Tim's not an athlete, not a runner, but rather a man testing the limits of what is possible for the human body.  What Tim has discovered could change the world of sport forever.  I thank you.

I Am Grateful for Tera Warner and Amy De Wolfe, the Raw Divas.  They are both driven woman who are dedicated to providing raw food solutions for women.  And... they both are so friendly and wonderful people.  I thank you.

I Am Grateful for Alex and his brother Mark.  Alex and Mark run Sprout Living, an organically grown resource for tons of yummy sprouts.  Alex, 23 has been raw for over 7 years and also runs RawGuru, the online raw superstore, and Raw Food Chat, an online community.  I thank you.

I Am Grateful for Sarma Melngailis and the Pure Food & Wine staff.  Besides having the foresight to open up the most exclusive raw food restaurant in NYC, and my favorite hang out spot, Sarma is an amazing business woman that always runs her place top notch.  Not only is the staff always friendly, accomodating (like the special semi-sweet fruit platter they made especially for me on "fruit only" day of breaking my 100 juice fast), but they are all damn hot!  I thank you.

I Am Grateful for Britanie and Jayna.  Not only are they avid supporters of the raw food community and attend all the events, but are also some kick butt dancers, and a bunch of hotties as well.  I thank you.

I Am Grateful for the entire Raw Food Community.  From the fire dancer the other night to DJ MoSoul on the turn tables, from the drummers to Mihir assisting in setup.  Plus, the rest of the wonderful supporters promoting healthy living: Anthony rocking out the Anastasia garden, ShannonMarie and her wonderful raw creations, Dawn on photography, Jenny permanent resident of Cafe Gratitude, Kristi - keeping it "Sunny" in Alaska, Charles the GI2MR pimp, and you.  I thank you.

I Am Grateful for Vanessa Barg, aka Chocolate Girl.  Vanessa is a 23 year old entrepreneur, chocolatier, holistic health counselor, raw vegan, and owner of Gnosis Chocolate, the most deliciously nutritious gourmet raw chocolate on the planet.  Not only has Vanessa been a constant encouragement on my 100-day juice feast, but really has been a wonderful teacher, helping and guiding me as I released stored emotion, experimented with fasting, and constantly growing and discovering my true self.  

Vanessa is one of the most hard working passionate individuals I have ever met...ever.  Not only is she super green conscious, constantly thinking about the environment and a master recycler, but also dedicates 10% of her profits to the Fruit Tree Planting Foundation, an amount that is rarely heard of today in this world of dollars and sense (yes, I spelled that right.)  I have seen her go 4 nights without sleep and average 120+ hour work weeks to bring you the highest quality raw chocolate available, but more importantly to inspire change in the health of others.  Her true passion is health counseling and she receives unending joy from just seeing one person transform their lives from SAD to Alive!

She gives without thought of herself.

To an amazing woman, teacher, herbalist, counselor, event planner, chocolatier, and one of the coolest friends anyone could ever ask for... I take my hat off to you.  I thank you.
