This past weekend I returned from the Epic Eden Retreat, in Eden Hot Springs, AZ.  This event was put on by my friends Rebecca and Joy, both amazing people. 

Eden is an interesting place... it's really all about the land.  Being on sacred land sure does show you your own process and issues.  Then you have an opportunity to work on them, and essential... grow.  There isn't any Vegas lights here, no distractions, just you and the cactus and dust.  That's it.  Of course the new beautiful tribe of people that you get to spend time with, but then are just beautiful guides along your transformation.

But isn't that what we are all pressing towards?  To go from glory to glory.  Releasing more emotional and mental baggage, lightening our load, while dancing through life with grace and ease...  Having the best day ever, every single day.  So I encourage you if you haven't gotten a chance to get to one of their retreats, go for it.  The challenge will feel good, and you will have walked away "changed," every time.
