How to Make a Simple Salad

Just when you thought I might have dissapeared deep into the depths of the Appalachian, here I am! After a bit of delay during moving to my new home/office/party central down south, and re-organizing and setting up, I am back in action with blogs and new YouYube videos just for you.

I have been getting a lot of questions with people asking about the amount of time required to be a raw foodist, thinking that food prep must always be a 5-hour dehydrated process. So I decided to put together a quick video (with my buddy Jeff on camera) about the simplicity of the raw food diet, and how to put together a simple (but delicious) salad in 5 minutes or less.  (Hemp seeds used in video can be found here.)

See my Simple Salad YouTube video

Also... I partnered up with my good friends Courtney and Issac and recently started "The Asheville Raw Food Party Central," our own Meetup Group. So if your in the Asheville, NC area sign up for amazing events, lectures, and parties.

Enjoy!

Loved the video on making the salad Phil. You are something else! Thanks for sharing and thanks for putting me on to squarespace :-)
I'm setting up an inspirational, "support" site. The power of communicating with friends and strangers I find is immense. If for nothing else, it will give me and whoever a place to go. To vent. To write. To share.

Peace

Welcome back Philip, so glad to see your new videos today! My husband and I just visited Asheville last week including several visits to Earthfare and Greenlife Grocery in search of some good produce. Thanks for the inspiration!
