How to Find Us.
Once we have received your payment, we will send out confirmation details, a map, and some local accommodation options, including our on-site guest rooms. There is plenty of free parking. If you are coming by train, the nearest stations will be allocated, along with local taxi phone numbers, though the taxis are always outside the stations, too.

What’s included?
All food, drink, lecture, and entertainment is included in the ticket price. You have the choice of alcoholic or non-alcoholic wine and cocktails on the evening.

What’s not included?
Travel to the event, accommodation overnight.

Stall.
There will be a small and limited Detox Your World stall at the event. Please bring cash or cheques for any purchases you wish to make.

Children.
This is a limited seating event. All tickets are sold at full price, for both adults and children. Because of the nature of the beverages and atmosphere at the event we politely ask that all tickets be purchased for children ages 12 and over only.

Cancellation policy.
If you need to cancel after you've booked here are the refund details:

Cancellation after June 1st 2009 = 50% of your monies paid refunded (the rest goes towards admin and card charges)

Cancellation on or after June 15th 2009 = 0% of your monies paid refunded (due to hire of equipment and purchasing of food as well as the charges above)

*You may transfer your ticket to another person, as long as you inform us of their name.

Allergies.
Please let us know if you have any food allergies when you book, as our menus are planned a long way in advance.
