Stretchy Skin

Watch this Stretchy Skin video on YouTube

I get the "what happens to the extra skin" question all the time, so I figured it was time for a video.  Enjoy!

Top Skin Tips:

1.  Dry Skin Brushing

2.  MSM Powder

3.  Raw Food Diet

4.  Cardio & Weight Training

5.  Visualization

LMBO! Dude, I was so close to dying (severe chest pains, waking up in the middle of the night not breathing) and a laundry list of other health ailments plaguing me that I never even thought or cared about the skin thing when I went raw. I just wanted to make sure I was not dead and was instead here, alive, and being able to not just keep up, but keep ahead of my kids.

Great job reminding everyone that it's all about how you look at it and refocusing your priorities on the things that really matter! :) Love you dude! :D

Philip-I found this to be quite informative. I'm just a newbie when it comes to a lot of this raw or enhanced nutrition information but my ears and eyes are open. You mentioned visualization in this and I was wondering if you could clarify that more. Do you mean to visualize what you want your skin to look like? Thanks...

Ah, one more thing--you mentioned MSM powder. Is that in any way better than the MSM caps? I'm more of a capsule kind of person if it means that it's easier to take what you need. Just wanted to ask your opinion on that. Gracias!

MSM powder can be found in most health food stores or ordered via the internet.

Hey Philip. Awesome video. I've never heard of just putting MSM right into your mouth and adding water. Awesome tip. It's amazing. I've been working out at the gym for 13 years and I still learn new things when I go in.

It's amazing how long you can do something and still learn. I have been just added it to my water but I think I'll try your tip. I'm going to need to get ACL surgery soon so this will come in handy. Keep up the great vids bro!
