Raw Food Workout Meal Plan

Last month I drank just juice to get prepped and clean...
This months its all liquids too, but including in smoothies and blended soups.
AM MEAL
Every morning I have a green smoothie with 2-3 scoops of Sun Warrior Raw Protein Powder and a full bag of spinach. This stuff is amazing because not only is it a raw vegan product, but its low in calories and provides me with 15 grams of protein per serving, which is essential when lifting weights. Vanilla is my favorite!
I usually take about 2-3 scoops in my green smoothie within 45 minutes of completing my workout. This is key to properly fueling your body.
PM MEAL
In the evening I make a blended green soup with Sun Warrior Ormus Supergreens & spoonfuls on top of spoonfuls of Spirulina. I also add a full bag of spinach to this, with other things like tomato, celery, cucumber, garlic, red bell pepper, cayenne (2 tablespoons at this point), spices, etc.
Each smoothie is a full blender-ful. And yes, I get enough protein! : )
And... that's it! Feeling light as a feather, happier than I can remember in a long while, focused, clear, energetic, and healthier than I have ever been, EVER, in my life.
There is a shift coming folks, and now is the time for you to take the reigns and call in all those dreams you have been holding in your hearts for all these years!
