So you are starting a raw food lifestyle but need some support.  Well I have the answer for you….  Sign up on Giveittomeraw.com.  This website is the brainchild of Welikeitraw.com, one of the hottest online raw food blogs, run by Dhrumil and his raw food posse.

What is it?  Giveittomeraw.com is an online community for people who love raw food!  You can blog your latest experiences, share your testimony, and upload pictures, all while connecting with people all over the world that share the same love for veggies as you do.  So if you find yourself starting to believe the accusations of being one celery short of a stalk, think again, because there is a whole community out there that just loves nuts! : )

You can view my profile on GI2MR and keep in contact that way, or you can post your testimony on the new group I just created on the site called Raw Testimonies.  So whether you’ve been raw for 10 years, one year, or making the raw lifestyle part of your New Year’s resolution, join today and let us know who you are.

AND….

HAVE THE BEST HOLIDAY EVER!

12/21/07 - Anastasia and Ringing Cedars

Image a woman living in the woods with no possessions, no home, no food storage, and no extra clothes.  Not someone distraught or lost, but someone that lived that way since birth, by choice.  Someone that has befriended all the animals in the forest, lives on raw vegan food, and is probably the most advanced mind living today.  Someone that is helping to co-create a new future for us all by healing others, revealing information that has been kept hidden for thousands of years, and even saving the planet at times.  If you can even begin to picture a woman so remarkable you are just starting to get a glimpse of Anastasia.

Sound like some kind of story book superhero?  Well, that is what she is, except she is real and is teaching us that there are no limits to what we do in life except how we decide to limit ourselves.  She is showing us how to heal this planet and that love is the only thing that can change things.  A series of 7 books have been written about her to date called The Ringing Cedars Series.  The first book in the series is called Anastasia

These book have literally changed my life!  They are the most valuable books I have read to date... and I don't say that lightly.  I have already bought tons of copies for friends.

12/18/07 - Victoria Boutenko Lecture

Glen and I hosted Victoria Boutenko and her daughter Valya to speak in Nowalk, CT last week. Despite the rough weather we still had a great turn out almost packing the house! Victoria is the author of Raw Family, 12 Steps to Raw Food, Greens for Life and more. She did a great job describing the benefits of consuming more greens in your diet, the power of the green smoothie, common mistakes, and also overcoming hurdles in the raw food lifestyle. Valya described her health transformation, growing up raw, and how you can help your kids love raw foods too!

The entire lecture was video taped and is available as a 2.5 hr DVD with Victoria, Valya, and even a Q & A session. The DVD is for $15 including shipping, and if ordered by Friday it can be received before the holidays. This is a great gift those those struggling with their health or weight.
