07/18/07 - Events Update
A friend teased me for not updating my site in such a long time, so here it goes. A lot has been going on in my life lately, a lot of big changes…
I left my job that I have worked at for 11 years on June 29th. I gave them 3.5 months notice and left on a good note. I just decided that I wanted to do something were I would be interacting with people, and serving in some manner. Also, I needed to take a few months off. :) No plans for the future have been drawn up yet, just going to trust in God and wing it.
I have been to some pretty fun events as well. On 6/14 I went to a raw potluck dinner at http://www.sticksandstonesfarm.com/ in Newtown. It is a working farm that specializes in stone statues and moss production. They have a potluck open to the public every Thursday, and this particular one our group joined and brought raw dishes. A fun time was had by all.
