Raw Vegans avoiding all meat, dairy, eggs, breads, and pasta from their diet. They also do not eat any cooked, processed, and often conventional produce as well.

A raw foodist is a person who consumes primarily raw food. Raw foodists typically believe that the greater the percentage of raw food in the diet, the greater the health benefits. We believe raw food prevents and/or heals many forms of sickness and many chronic diseases.

The elderly have found the fountain of youth and been able to turned back their own clock living years longer than they would have, in better health than they had experienced since their 30's and 40's. People faced with obesity and other weight related issues would find themselves loosing weight effortlessly, without feeling hungry, irritable, or having to follow a crazy yo-yo diet plan.
Eating raw is not a diet, it truly is a way of life. Not everyone that goes raw is trying to loose weight or fight off a disease. As great as all that is, there is even more to raw foods. When you're not eating heavy foods that weigh you down, dull your senses, and bury your emotions, you will find that your mind will become clearer than ever, your priorities may change, and you will start to see the world in a whole new light. Many people also discover themselves entering into a deeper spiritual walk, or achieving a higher consciousness when eating raw. Also, finding more self-awareness and an improved relationship with Mother Earth. Who would have though just eating fruits, vegetables, nuts and seeds was the answer. But, as Hippocrates wrote, "You are what you eat!"
